Why WaterMark certified is important in AU and NZ?
Because WaterMark certificate is a mandatory requirement for plumbing and drainage products in AU and NZ. If the products don't have the WaterMark lable and licence, the plumber usually will not install it.
Do bathroom basins also need WaterMark in Australia and New Zealand?
The basin itself usually doesn't need WaterMark. WaterMark mainly covers products that connect to the water supply — like taps, pop-up wastes and drain fittings. So the basin can be fine, but the waste and tap should be WaterMark certified.
Do your toilets have a WELS water rating?
Yes. We offer models with WELS ratings and dual flush, which help your customers save water and meet local rules.
Do you offer S-trap and P-trap toilets?
Yes. We supply both floor (S-trap) and wall (P-trap) outlets, but the S-trap is different from the tranditional S-trap, it's a universal trap, it need a connector, rough-in from 60-250mm.
