Are your products already have these certifications, or do we need to arrange them?
For most markets, our products come with the required certification and labelling, so they’re ready for customs. Some markets work differently — for example, SABER for Saudi Arabia. We provide the Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC), and you use it to apply for the Shipment Certificate (SC), which is needed for each shipment. We’ll guide you through what your market requires.
What happens if I import without the right certification?
Your shipment can be held, returned or destroyed at your cost. Getting the right certification first protects you.
Do the certified products cost more than uncertified ones?
Certified products may carry a small cost difference depending on the market and certification, as some fitting have to be fit the certified. We’ll quote clearly so there are no hidden cost.
